Dear Mr McBride Thank you for your email. I have been receiving quite a lot but most are automated ones via websites and I appreciate the time you have spent writing a personal one to me. I can understand your frustration with the points you make, and I was also once a member of the Labour party. I hate to lose a previous Lib Dem voter and rather than a series of emails back and forth I would welcome the opportunity to come and meet you to hopefully try and persuade to vote for me. Drop me an email or call me on my mobile. I have 'meet me' surgeries arrange as per the back of my focus, but I am sure we can arrange a mutually agreeable time. Dear Mr Kravis, It is decent of you to write back like this. But the Lib Dems must get rid of Clegg and his Spanish Francoist wife who controls his mind if they are to have any credibility. Private Eye has him correctly in focus as the New Coalition Academy’s Deputy Head… L Cable too no longer has any credibility. I once respected him for his understanding of economics but he prostituted himself over the Uni fees business to stay in office. Get Simon Hughes to split the Party and keep his part principled and who knows? The LibDems might survive in the longer term. For the moment, however, those of us who looked to them for something better than Old and New Tory personal greed as the basis of their politics are in despair.
I see you are in Nailsea on Tuesday morning. Whereabouts in the Shopping Centre?
